🧙‍♂️Wizards, Clerics & Druids

Each NFT has a unique combination of traits

Each wizard also includes:

  • 5 stats - HP (or Hit Points), Defense, Attack, Damage and Speed.

  • The wizard’s Element, Resistance, and Weakness

  • AP (Attribute Points) and DP (Downgrade Points)

  • A Spell Book

  • Equipment

Stats & Attributes

  • HP. How much damage your wizard is able to absorb before losing the battle

  • Defense. The ability to avoid and block the opponent's wizard spell and attack

  • Attack. The ability to hit the opposing wizard with your spell. The final value of attack is the sum of the wizards attack plus that of the selected spell.

  • Damage. The points subtracted from an opposing wizard’s HP after a hit. The final value of damage is the sum of the wizard's damage plus the selected spell.

  • Speed. A value used to increase the chance your wizard will start a fight. Speed is not a linear calculation, so having more Speed than your opponent does not guarantee your wizards will go first.

  • Element. Each wizard has an element that determines what types of spells your wizard can be equipped with.

  • Resistance. Each wizard is resistant to one element. Resistance can halve the damage points from an opposing wizard

  • Weakness. Each wizard is weak to one element. Damage points can double if the opposing wizard is weak to your element

  • AP. Attribute points are earned through game play. Limited AP is earned when retraining your wizard. AP can be used to upgrade your wizard and spell book

  • DP. Each wizard has 32 downgrade points. The AP earned from retraining your wizard is subtracted from your downgrade points.

  • Spell. Each spell has an attack and damage bonus. Some spells include perks that can inflict penalties on opposing wizards.

  • Spellbook. Spell Books contain your wizard’s available spells. Wizards with less than 4 spells in their spell book can learn new spells by participating in the main weekly tournament.

  • Equipment. Rings of Power and Pendants of Resistance can be equipped to boost stats or protect against elements and spells.

LEVEL

Wizard’s base stats (HP, Defense, Attack, Damage, and Speed) determine its level.

Each base stat has an equivalent level and a Wizard’s level is calculated using the following.

  • 1 hp = 1 level

  • 1 defense = 4.67 levels

  • 1 attack = 4.67 levels

  • 1 damage = 2.67 levels

  • 1 speed = 2.67 levels

Here’s an example:

That Wizards level is calculated using the following:

(50 * 1) + (18 * 4.67) + (8 * 4.67) + (7 * 2.67) + (3 * 2.67) = 50 + 84.06 + 37.36 + 18.69 + 8.01 = 198.12

The final level is rounded to the nearest integer so the Level is 198

The three current LEVEL Caps are:

  • 375 for the Main Weekly Tournament (This is the general level cap and wizards’ base levels cannot exceed this)

  • 275 for the Apprentice Tournament

  • 175 for the Farmer Tournament

Wizards that exceed a tournament level cap will not be able to subscribe to that tournament. If your wizard is subscribed to a tournament and exceeds the tournament level cap, your wizard will automatically lose any fights.

Level caps increase from time to time as a way to manage the Wizards Arena economy.
